Ashley Birchall, a passionate advocate for children with learning differences and their families.

With nearly two decades of experience serving students and families in New York City and North Carolina, Ashley has supported children with a wide range of disabilities. While her classroom experience provides a strong educational foundation, her greatest passion is standing beside families as they navigate the often overwhelming special education system.

Ashley believes parents should never have to attend an IEP meeting feeling confused, intimidated, or alone. She partners with families to review evaluations, interpret educational data, prepare for school meetings, develop effective advocacy strategies, and ensure every child has access to the services and supports they need to thrive.

Known for her compassionate approach and deep understanding of special education law, instructional practices, and individualized learning needs, Ashley helps families replace uncertainty with confidence. Whether she's advocating during an IEP meeting, guiding parents through the evaluation process, or supporting a child through evidence-based reading intervention, her focus remains the same: ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
