Those lingering thoughts….

What support do you offer families?

1

Every family begins with a free 15 minute consultation. This allows us to go over your concerns and make sure it is a good fit for both parties.

From there, support may include:

  • Virtual attendance at IEP, 504, eligibility, evaluation, or MDR meetings

  • Advocacy or family representation during meetings

  • Document and email drafting

  • State complaint support

  • Referrals to legal counsel when appropriate

  • Guidance on school placement and transition planning

  • Strategic academic intervention / support

No matter where you are in the process, we'll help determine the best path forward.

How do you support families throughout the advocacy process?

2

We believe families deserve clear communication and practical guidance. We explain special education terminology in plain language so you fully understand your child's services, your rights, and your options.

When advocating we help families build strong documentation. From written requests to meeting notes and timelines, we make sure important information is organized and accurately documented should further action ever become necessary.

Most importantly, parents remain in control. We provide the strategy, guidance, and support while empowering you to make informed decisions for your child.

How are services billed?

3

We value transparency in both our advocacy and our billing.

For advocacy and academic intervention services are billed hourly based on your family's needs. Hours are prepaid, remain on your account until used, and never expire. If additional time is needed beyond the hours available, an invoice is sent prior to services being completed.

We know advocacy and academic intervention is an investment, and our goal is to provide thoughtful, strategic support that helps families move forward with confidence.
